The Role:

As team we are committed to bringing the world of digital identity and human identity together in a way that truly describes audiences in a rich and contemporary way and helps drive communication effectiveness for clients. To join our team, you must have a passion for research and insight and consumer behaviour. The Data Strategy & Insights Manager role is key in helping us to meet this goal and, therefore, the needs of our internal and external clients.

  • Supporting senior team members in the development and delivery of audience insights for key Mindshare Worldwide clients
  • Working alongside senior team members to deliver bespoke research projects from beginning to end using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies across a wide range of clients and categories
  • Writing research questionnaires and scripting them using syndicated survey tools
  • Becoming a trusted advisor/consultant to clients and client teams by delivering insights regarding audience and category behaviour for a variety of clients
  • Learning and leveraging insights related data sources at Mindshare to their full capabilities (e.g., trends report through Mintel, data sets within Euromonitor etc)
  • Being an expert and taking internal ownership of various industry tools and data sources and helping others in their use, including: -
    • Social listening tools such as Brandwatch
    • Industry syndicated tools and data sources such as TGI, Choices or Euromonitor
    • WPP or Mindshare proprietary data sources such as The Mindshare Tracker, BAV or Audience Origin
  • An enthusiastic communicator both in presentation and in writing succinct POVs on industry trends
  • Coaching the development of junior members of the junior members of the Data Strategy & Insights team
  • Supporting in delivering regular POVs and presentations under our #ID Culture thought leadership programme
