This opportunity is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Intapp Intake, Intapp Conflicts, Intapp Walls, Client Matter Onboarding, AML Risk Management, Law Firm Integrations, and Compliance Advisory Services.

As a trusted advisor, you will work directly with legal industry clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver complex compliance and matter onboarding solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding business goals, compliance requirements, and operational challenges
✅ Implement fully integrated compliance solutions using:
Intapp Intake
Intapp Conflicts
Intapp Walls
Intapp Time
✅ Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, requirement gathering sessions, and process discovery meetings
✅ Lead multiple concurrent projects ensuring delivery within budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines
✅ Collaborate with:
Project Managers
Integration Developers
QA Engineers
Business Stakeholders
✅ Design and validate business and technical solutions aligned with client requirements
✅ Act as liaison between business users and technical teams
✅ Conduct data mapping and process workflow design workshops
✅ Drive continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and implementation best practices
✅ Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned assessments
