Integrated Solutions Architect

Description:

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services and digital transformation, is hiring an Integrated Solutions Architect to design and implement an AI-powered solution using Azure OpenAI for stakeholder data capture, analysis, and reporting. This role will enable the creation of scalable, intelligent systems that integrate diverse data sources, automate workflows, and generate actionable insights through AI-driven analytics.

As a Solution Architect, you'll work in a hybrid capacity from Wokingham, with responsibilities ranging from architecture design to dashboard development and compliance assurance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that the solution is business-aligned and supports strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Develop an AI-driven solution using Azure OpenAI to analyze stakeholder feedback from multiple formats, including emails, recordings, and surveys.

• Data Integration: Create architecture that integrates sources such as Salesforce, BI scores, CSAT metrics, and media data.

• Data Capture & Compliance: Implement both automatic and manual data capture mechanisms. Ensure all data is traceable, secure, and compliant with regulations.

• AI Analysis & Reporting: Use AI to generate sentiment and thematic analysis. Build dashboards and searchable reports for various stakeholder use cases.

• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and train users on the system.

• Innovation: Contribute to system scalability, efficiency, and ongoing compliance in rapidly evolving environments.

Ideal Profile:

• Strong knowledge of Azure, OpenAI, and Solution Architecture

• Familiarity with Salesforce, BI tools, and media monitoring

• Proven experience in sentiment analysis and data visualisation

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Ability to adapt and deliver in fast-paced, evolving business environments
