Integration Engineer

Description:

An elite systematic trading firm is looking for an Integration Engineer to oversee and drive the integration of new venues and feature launches. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of technology and strategy, requiring expertise in systems integration and collaboration with developers and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of key projects across order entry and drop copy systems.

• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and external partners to define and deliver requirements.

• Coordinate venue onboarding, platform migrations, and system upgrades.

• Create and maintain technical documentation to support implementation efforts.

• Proactively remove roadblocks, optimize team workflows, and ensure clear communication throughout.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2-6 years of proven background in systems integration with direct involvement in connecting to trading exchanges.

• Experience with Python and/or Bash.

• Proficiency in Linux and FIX Protocol.

• Strong understanding of the Trade Life Cycle.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
