Description:

Recruit with Purpose is partnering with one of London’s leading housing associations to support the growth of their IT team. They are currently seeking an experienced Integration Development Lead who is passionate about building robust and scalable integration frameworks to enhance connectivity across digital systems and positively impact local communities.

As the Integration Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integration components that support seamless operations, particularly focusing on system connectivity involving Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is instrumental in enabling smooth data flows and communication between digital platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

You will have the autonomy to design and implement a suite of reusable APIs, ensuring they are well-documented, easily accessible, and supportive of both internal and third-party systems. Additionally, your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on how the organization connects, operates, and grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, etc.).

  • Develop and maintain reliable, scalable integration components between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other key systems.

  • Design reusable, well-documented APIs to support digital transformation.

  • Collaborate across teams, clearly communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support and optimize the Housing Association’s digital growth and day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Azure Integration Services.

  • Strong background in .NET/C# development or Dynamics CRM/D365 Customer Engagement.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations.

  • Experience working with or knowledge of housing repairs systems is a plus.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
