In this role, you will support

• Global trademark enforcement
• Manage cease-and-desist and settlement agreements
• Analyse IP monitoring reports
• Liaise with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• You’ll also assist with third-party queries and brand surveillance work, helping to safeguard one of the world’s most valuable brands.

The ideal candidate

• 2 years PQE in contentious and non-contentious IP.
• Trained in private practice at a top law firm
• Ideally some in-house or secondment exposure.
