Interim Legal Counsel

Description:

Immediate opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join a fast-paced legal team on an initial 6 month FTC basis with potential to go perm. Hybrid working, 4/1 split, central London location.

Reporting to the Head of Legal you will have a broad role encompassing:

• drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including IT and service agreements
• assisting on corporate transactions
• support on real estate matters
• engaging with external counsel
• providing general legal advise to senior management and the wider business

To be considered for this role you will be 4+ years PQE as a guide ideally with experience gained working in-house in a similar capacity as a commercial counsel. You will have a proactive and pragmatic approach coupled with demonstrated experience in working effectively in a busy team environment.
