Description:

A boutique interior design studio with a strong reputation in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is looking to expand its growing team by hiring a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer. Following a series of exciting new project wins, the studio is offering a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal time and contribute to creating innovative, stylish, and detail-driven interior spaces.

This role is ideal for a versatile all-rounder who enjoys being involved in every stage of the design process. From developing initial concepts and mood boards to producing detailed technical drawing packs and coordinating with contractors on-site, you will play an integral role in bringing design visions to life. The position also requires active involvement in FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) sourcing, preparing client presentations, and ensuring all designs meet both creative and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to all stages of the design process, from concept through to delivery.

  • Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and design proposals for client approval.

  • Produce high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Support spatial planning, ensuring efficient and creative use of space.

  • Source and specify FF&E, finishes, and materials aligned with project requirements.

  • Prepare presentation documents for client meetings and project pitches.

  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and assist with on-site delivery.

  • Ensure the studio’s design work reflects its signature attention to detail and high-quality finish.

Requirements:

  • Around 3 years of experience working as an Interior Designer, ideally within hospitality or F&B projects.

  • Strong AutoCAD skills with the ability to produce detailed and accurate technical drawings.

  • Solid understanding of spatial planning, design detailing, and FF&E specification.

  • Creative flair with the ability to translate concepts into well-executed design solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.

  • Strong passion for interior design and for delivering beautiful yet functional spaces.
