About the Programme:

The Summer Technology Internship Programme offers a 12-week immersive experience where interns work on a self-contained project that drives technological advancement and delivers tangible business impact.

Interns will:

• Work in areas such as software development, DevOps, and data engineering

• Collaborate with teams across Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Responsible Investment, and Operations

• Present their projects to the Technology Management Committee

• Be supported by a dedicated buddy and mentor throughout the programme

Exceptional interns may receive offers to join the Technology Foundation Programme, Man Group’s graduate scheme.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in Python, Java, C#.Net, or C++, or understanding of enterprise infrastructure

• Genuine passion for technology (include links to Github, hackathons, or relevant projects)

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline (desired but not required)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional troubleshooting skills

• Penultimate year students in bachelor’s or master’s programmes

Application Process:

• Application Window: 17th October – 14th November 2025

• CV Screening: Initial review by email

• Online Test: ~1-hour technical homework assignment

• Technical Interview: 1-hour coding assessment with an engineer

• Final Interview: 30-minute interview with a technology manager (on-site in London or via video call)

• Programme Dates: 15th June 2026 – 4th September 2026
