Role Summary:
The Internal Account Manager will proactively support and manage allocated customers to generate gross profit and retain business. The role requires collaboration with the Sales Manager to identify strategies to secure and grow business opportunities. The position offers training, progression, and the opportunity to become a niche product expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers proactively to ensure gross profit and retention

  • Review customers regularly with Sales Manager to identify growth tactics

  • Become a product expert in thermoplastics with training and career progression

  • Negotiate payment terms with customers to improve ROI

  • Monitor and analyze monthly results to maximize profit opportunities

  • Provide timely quotes and convert them into orders

  • Source materials to meet order deadlines

  • Follow up on quotations to close sales

  • Close outstanding business opportunities daily

  • Establish new customers to grow customer base and profit

  • Ensure new customers fit the company’s product and service portfolio clearly
