What you’ll do
Write engaging content which brings our mission and strategic priorities to life. Find and repurpose content that resonates with our associates and builds engagement.
Keep channels up to date with content and stories.
Deliver events which build associate understanding of our strategy and Capital One’s culture.
Educate and coach colleagues on ways to use channels to achieve their target outcomes.
Measure engagement across all key channels
What we’re looking for
An outstanding and engaging communicator
Strong copy writing skills
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Experience of working in a busy environment, managing multiple deadlines
Excellent planning/ coordination skills
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge and experience of intranets and email platforms is advantageous
