As Internal Sales Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day support for sales advisors, manage team performance, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets. You will also handle coaching, performance oversight, and assist in managing customer service initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to sales advisors and manage team performance.

• Motivate and coach the team, ensuring high standards are maintained.

• Assist the manager in project work and process improvements.

• Develop and implement a customer service policy to improve customer satisfaction.

• Handle escalated inquiries and resolve customer issues.

• Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.

• Proactive, self-motivated individual accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style based on the audience.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

• Ability to work remotely and effectively manage your own schedule.
