Description:

Rosetta Capital, a specialist life sciences investment firm with over 20 years of experience and more than 50 global portfolio companies, is seeking a motivated Investment Intern to join their Central London team on a 6–9 month maternity cover. The firm focuses on venture and growth-stage investments in innovative life sciences and medical device companies with significant impact on patient outcomes and commercial success.

This internship offers a unique, hands-on opportunity to engage directly with seasoned investors, gaining exposure across the full investment lifecycle including sourcing, diligence, financial modelling, and portfolio monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scientific, commercial, and financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities

• Conduct in-depth market research and support thematic sector analysis

• Review and screen incoming investment opportunities for pipeline prioritisation

• Support portfolio monitoring, including performance tracking and reporting

• Contribute to financial models, cap tables, and exit scenarios under team guidance

• Provide administrative and team support during the maternity leave period
