In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our client, providing on-site repairs for their essential IT equipment. You'll leverage your expertise to swiftly identify and solve hardware problems, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Break/Fix Engineer, tackling hardware issues in the field.
• A strong track record of fixing EPoS, ATMs, printers, and other similar devices.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for finding solutions.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and explain technical concepts clearly.
