Description:

A Luxury Tour Operator based in South West London is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to support their digital and technology transformation initiatives. This full-time hybrid role (2 days/week in office) is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Agile development, stakeholder engagement, and complex web-based B2C projects.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting web and system development initiatives, and working closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. You'll also manage daily operational issues via help desk functions and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.

  • Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.

  • Support Agile ceremonies and maintain traceability of requirements.

  • Assist with complex web development and eCommerce projects.

  • Work closely with QA teams to validate requirements and test solutions.

  • Handle service desk issues and user queries on a day-to-day basis.

  • Troubleshoot and test APIs and CMS-based systems.

  • Contribute to ongoing CRM platform optimization and integrations.

  • Support communication and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Strong grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst in Agile teams.

  • Experience with CMS platforms and B2C eCommerce websites.

  • Working knowledge of APIs and their practical implementation.

  • Experience in service/help desk operations.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).

  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in the Luxury Travel industry.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRMs.

  • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, and database concepts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
