What we are looking for:

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic IT Co-Ordinator to join our management in monitoring and maintenance of technical systems and network infrastructure of AJM Healthcare by providing support, internal help desk function including field / onsite engineering and support out digital transformation. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years experience within the IT industry, have solid knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Server / M365), have good understanding of IT Governance, Information Security and Cyber Security and can demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• To support and manage information technology and computer systems, liaising with vendors, 3rd parties and the Managed Services Provider
• Act as the link between end users, frontline service managers and technical service providers
• To initiate incident response measures for business-critical / P1 / P2 incidents, coordinating 3rd party support providers
• To be responsible for user administration, including controlled on and off boarding of all users, and regular user audits
• To prioritise and manage multiple open issues at one time using internal and 3rd party support portals
• To monitor 3rd party support portals, reviewing case progression and SLAs for resolution, supporting and escalating when necessary
• To participate in projects including onsite coordination during implementation or installation
