Startup Summit is excited to offer a Remote Internship opportunity for Summer 2025 aimed at supporting the organization of the highly anticipated Startup Summit 2025, a flagship European event scheduled to take place in Lisbon this September. The summit will bring together over 5,000 founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders, making it a vibrant hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.

This internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in the startup, technology, and event management sectors. It is unpaid and ideal for individuals eager to build their skills, network, and gain exposure to a dynamic international event.

Key Responsibilities:

Interns can choose to contribute to one or more of the following areas based on their interests and skills:

• Marketing & Social Media:
  Create engaging content, promote the event through various channels, develop reels, and help grow the community online.

• Speaker & VIP Coordination:
  Manage communications with speakers and VIPs, handle scheduling and logistical arrangements to ensure smooth participation.

• Community & Ambassador Engagement:
  Onboard new community members and ambassadors, track engagement, and maintain ongoing messaging.

• Operations & Logistics:
  Conduct research, coordinate with vendors, and provide support with data management and other logistical tasks.

• Partnership Support:
  Assist with research, outreach efforts, and updating the CRM system to maintain strong partner relationships.

Candidate Profile:

• Proactive, organized, and highly self-motivated individual.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Passionate about startups, technology, events, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

• Comfortable using or eager to learn digital tools such as Canva, Notion, and Google Workspace.

• Able to commit around 10 flexible hours per week from June to September 2025.
