As IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing and optimizing IT infrastructure, driving improvements across systems and processes, and ensuring cyber resilience. You'll act as the primary escalation point for IT and security issues, contribute to the development of security strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed secure practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a senior escalation point for all IT and security-related incidents

• Lead efforts in information security, risk management, and cyber resilience

• Develop and implement security strategy and contribute to the company’s technology roadmap

• Identify system vulnerabilities, access control issues, and risks; proactively implement solutions

• Work closely with internal teams to promote security awareness and compliance

• Manage external IT and cybersecurity vendors to ensure high performance and best practices

• Support routine IT operations and system maintenance alongside the broader IT team
