Description:
Developing and improving infrastructure plans, services, policies, procedures and processes
- Driving redress to increase the effectiveness of our services
- Leading a team of engineers day to day as well as recruiting talent, managing performance and training and mentoring
- Contributing to the design and delivery of a quality improvement framework by analysing and interpreting data
- Leading teams of highly technical professionals during change/release management
- Operationalising, implementing and developing the Group’s IT Operations strategy
- Working with key stakeholders to build and maintain infrastructure systems which are effectively managed and implemented
In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £60,000 - £70,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

- Previous work experience providing service desk or specialised IT operational support
- Experience in coordinating installations, upgrades and day to day maintenance
- Strong knowledge of continual service improvement lifecycle
- Industry recognised certifications such as ITIL/Prince 2
