It Operations Supervisor

Description:

A prestigious luxury hotel group in London is seeking an experienced IT Operations Supervisor to lead daily technology operations across multiple hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily IT operations and provide support across multiple hotel sites.

• Contribute to and implement IT strategies for coordinating multi-site operations.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

• Manage network infrastructure, AV systems, Wi-Fi, and security systems.

• Maintain accurate IT asset records and assist in planning and budgeting.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Experience and Skills Required:

• 3 to 5 years of IT operations experience, with at least 2 years in hospitality IT.

• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, AV equipment, and guest-facing technologies.

• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are advantageous.

• Strong communication skills with ability to support and train non-technical users.

• Comfortable working hands-on with infrastructure and on-site technical management.
