Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive 8-week training programme led by Optimus’ L&D Director, covering all key aspects of recruitment.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the Digital, Data & Life Sciences sectors.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of technology professionals, identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
• Become a niche specialist, mastering your specific technical vertical and becoming a trusted market expert.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, client consultation, and negotiation.
• Consistently hit and exceed targets, driving both personal earnings and company success.

Skills and Qualities Required:

• Goal-focused, entrepreneurial mindset, with a hunger for success.
• Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships and influencing decision-makers.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Outgoing and energetic personality, thriving in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
• Fluency in an additional language is a plus but not essential.
