CandiClie Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive to support our UK and European market expansion. This role is suited for a confident sales professional with proven experience in selling IT services and solutions, who can consistently deliver measurable revenue outcomes in a competitive environment.
The IT Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving new business acquisition by identifying opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their technology requirements, and presenting tailored IT solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and deal closure, while maintaining strong client relationships.
This position operates within a performance-oriented framework. The offered annual CTC of €24,000 to €30,000 is aligned with clearly defined minimum performance benchmarks. The selected candidate will be expected to consistently achieve the agreed-upon monthly and quarterly sales targets in order to justify the compensation level. These targets will be communicated transparently and reviewed regularly to ensure fairness and mutual alignment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, confidence in high-value conversations, and the ability to close deals independently. Experience in IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, digital transformation, or managed services will be highly valued.
