Description:
As an IT Service Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities would be:
- Maintain project documentation for key deliverables, and communicate and report on
progress against the plan
- Integrate, coordinate and influence tasks, activities and dependencies associated
with the project roadmap
- Plan and deliver the roadmap of Atamis changes across the remainder of the
financial year, ensuring benefits are achieved
- Engage key departmental stakeholders to capture and define requirements and
ensure changes are communicated
- Hands-on management of system provider to ensure that configuration takes place
according to departmental needs and in a timely fashion
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Significant experience in delivering IT transformation projects, ideally within the
public sector
- Ability to communicate and engage with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders
