Working closely with the IT Support Manager, you will head-up a team of IT Service desk staff who provide second-line support to all MFT locations and users. This includes hands-on involvement in managing complex queries, incidents, problems and requests relating to both equipment and applications. You’ll also monitor performance across the team and look for ways to improve skills and processes.
