Work as part of a team to ensure the delivery of the products and services within the Productivity Applications, with an emphasis on the security and compliance components of the Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Service.


Key Duties And Responsibilities
 

• Providing product ownership as a subject matter expert for products in the portfolio of services provided by the Productivity Applications Team, with an emphasis on the components of the Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Service.
• Providing product ownership as a subject matter expert for products in the portfolio of services provided by the Productivity Applications Team, outside of the Microsoft suite.
• To take ownership of selected products and services within the Productivity Applications Team portfolio and develop long-term strategies for those products and services.
• To take ownership of selected products and services within the Productivity Applications Team portfolio and develop short-term enhancement opportunities for those products and services.
• Proactively seek out information from the Microsoft Community to ensure that we are aware of the roadmap for the Microsoft 365 service / Office 365 Service.
• Ensure compliance with Mott MacDonald standards, policies, and regulations. To work effectively with the Change Manager to ensure change does not happen outside of the Change Control process.

• Achieving IT KPI’s that include Incident Management, Service Request, Problem, Change, Availability, and Capacity measurement
• The creation and adoption of Knowledge Base articles
• Providing peer training
• Customer satisfaction
• Project/work package delivery: time, cost, and quality
• Yearly performance review.
