About The Role
As the IT Specialist for monday.com, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting 900+ users in a multi-site, dynamic environment
- Provide help desk support for all Global-e's offices
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT ticketing system
- Handle On-boarding / Off-boarding processes for employees
- Configure and maintain all technical equipment, including computers, printers, switches, conference rooms, TVs, and back office systems
- Manage and maintain IT inventory and purchasing of technical equipment
- Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, WiFi and other network equipments
- Managing complex IT projects, across teams and sites
Requirements
- 3+ years proven working experience in help desk and IT support in 100+ users
- Excellent ability to install, administer and troubleshoot computer hardware, software (Mac OS X- must, Windows- big advantage)
- Experience with G-suite / Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Okta
- Service oriented, strong communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure (Lan / Wan, Wifi, switches, firewalls) - advantage
- Knowledge in JAMF - advantage
- Experience with Zoom rooms - advantage
