Description:
We require an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work with a high level of accuracy at all times. You will work with our administrative team, utilising your strong IT skills to develop and maintain the Service website and manage the Sharepoint document management system. Expertise in multimedia formats and a high level of competence in using Microsoft Office, including Sharepoint will be essential.
As the role will support the whole Service for a variety of office functions, being flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the team will be important. Strong customer care skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a keen eye for detail will be key skills for the successful candidate.
Previous experience in an educational or healthcare office setting is desirable..
