  • Strong IT technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Windows, Active Directory, VPN ideally

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for IT issues via phone and email
  • Remote access and first-time fix
  • Raising IT helpdesk tickets
  • Resetting passwords for users
  • Helping to resolve IT errors before escalation
  • Showing people how to access applications
  • Basic configuration work
