Description:

This role sits within our IT service team comprised three technicians, IT Team Leader and the IT Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring all service tickets are actioned in a timely manner whilst providing excellent service to the internal users. The successful individual will have the opportunity to work on 1st and 2nd line tickets where appropriate, and to provide support to the IT Team. This role allows interaction with all levels of the business as well as opportunities in some IT projects and is therefore a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career.
