It Support Engineer

Description:

The ideal candidate: We're looking for a tech-savvy professional with a passion for problem-solving and excellent customer service skills. You'll have hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft 365 deployment and support
• Windows desktop and server environments
• Networking (routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls)
• Cloud infrastructure

Key responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch technical support to clients via phone, remote access, and on-site visits
• Design, propose, and deliver small-scale projects
• Manage client relationships and foster long-term partnerships
• Work collaboratively in a team of 6 talented professionals

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for occasional client visits
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota (with additional compensation)
