It Support Engineer

Description:

This role will be responsible for ensuring all service tickets are actioned in a timely manner whilst providing excellent service to the internal users, collaborating with colleagues and MSPs to maintain our in-house infrastructure as well as offering some support for external brokers and dealers.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to work on 1st and 2nd line tickets where appropriate, as well as collaborating with 3rd-party support and the IT Support Team Leader to escalate issues where required. This role allows interaction with all levels of the business as well as opportunities in some IT projects and is therefore a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career.
