Description:
Ideally we are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in a similar IT role and experience in the manufacturing sector would be preferred but not essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide helpdesk support over the phone, by email and in person, ensuring swift resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service
Set up and configure laptops, PCs and mobile phones.
Manage the Windows Server environment.
Participate in IT projects alongside the Head of IT.
Troubleshoot network issues.
Skills required:
Microsoft systems (Windows OS 10 / 11 and Servers 2012 - 2016)
Office 365
Basic networking knowledge
Active Directory
DNS, DHCP
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferable)
Experience working with a ticketing system
PC hardware set up and configuration
