It Systems Access Lead

Description:

We're looking to hire an IT Systems Control Lead at the West Brom Head Office. The role manages the Access Control team, ensuring the provision of an excellent service to the Society. You'll be responsible for leading the strategic alignment, development and operation of Access Management including the delivery of related tools and services for new starters, transfers, leavers, through to access provisioning, re-certification and dormancy.

Key responsibilities are:

• Managing the IT Systems Access Control function.
• Management and prioritisation of team workload.
• Manage IT Systems Access reviews, within IT and with Business Areas, and ensure that user/ system reviews and audit actions are managed effectively.
• Provide effective and positive customer focused support at all times.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of procedures and system documentation.
• Handling queries and making appropriate informed decisions.
• Managing Policy review and implementation of changes.

The skills and experience:

• Experience of leading a team.
• Experience in running and delivering transformation to IT Access Management Services.
• A broad understanding of Active Directory, IAM and PAM
• Positive leadership and people development skills with the ability to promote a strong and effective performance management culture.
• A commitment to improving customer service and challenging the way we do things.
• Ability to identify and suggest improvements to existing processes or procedures which improve the Systems Access service.
