• Provide guidance and support to students and staff on computer use and safety
• Ensure the school's internet connection is operating smoothly
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advise on potential upgrades or improvements

Key Requirements:

• Strong technical background and experience in IT support
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and networking technology
• Experience working with hardware and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
