It Technician

Description:

You would be expected to work one day per week in either Glasgow or Newcastle, visiting client sites and delivering hands-on IT Support. Some of the responsibilities would include:

• Carrying out on site installation and support of new endpoints (Windows, MacOS and mobile)
• Carrying out one site installation and support of common networking equipment, e.g. switches, routers, WAPs.
• Ensuring that Incidents and Service Requests are resolved within SLA commitments for clients with a high level of customer service

This is an initial 3 month contract, but there is scope to extend this for the right candidate. A full driving license would be preferred, and a company car can be provided.
