Essential Skills and Experience

• Agile Development : Proven experience in scaled Agile environments, collaborating with delivery partners and third-party applications.
• Java & Spring Boot : Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Microservices Architecture : Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices.
• Apache Kafka : Experience with Apache Kafka is highly desirable.
• Cloud-Based Systems : Skilled in microservices, database programming, event streaming, and queueing technologies within cloud environments.
• Effective Communication : Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Code Quality Practices : Familiarity with continuous integration, unit testing, and peer review processes.
• High-Traffic Systems : Experience in developing and scaling high-traffic websites or mission-critical systems.
