As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role within the store, supporting the management team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll inspire your team, champion our products, and ensure that every customer enjoys a warm, friendly, and memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and product expertise.

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

• Coach and develop sales associates to deliver outstanding in-store experiences.

• Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards across the store.

• Drive store performance by analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Help ensure the store remains a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable environment for both customers and team members.

• Contribute to creating a positive, energetic, and supportive workplace culture that reflects the Joules brand values.

You are an enthusiastic and motivated retail professional with a passion for style, teamwork, and customer connection. You thrive in a busy store environment and enjoy leading by example. With your positive energy and strong communication skills, you’ll empower your team to deliver excellence every day.
