Junior Designer

Description:

As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with our senior design team to develop and execute design concepts for a range of projects. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on various design assignments, including branding, marketing materials, website design, social media graphics, and more.

Responsibilities

- Assist the senior design team in developing and implementing creative concepts.

- Create visual assets, such as logos, brochures, banners, and advertisements.

- Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality designs that meet client requirements.

- Conduct research on design trends, industry best practices, and client preferences.

- Support the production process, including preparing files for print or web publication.

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives are met.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Continuously learn and stay updated on design software and techniques.

Requirements

- A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

- Good understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

- Good time management and organisational skills.

- Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into your work.
