Description:

The Junior IT Support role within the Customer Support team will be the first point of contact for customers using RLDatix’s web applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues to maintain customer satisfaction and system integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer calls and portal requests, logging and tracking incidents accurately.
Use Service Management Tools to document case details and reproduce faults.
Escalate incidents to appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.
Provide customers with regular updates to maintain clear communication and meet SLAs.
Build strong customer relationships through direct communication and support.
Monitor customer site integrity and status to meet business requirements.
What You’ll Need:
Entry-level experience in customer support or IT-related roles.
Proven communication skills and ability to resolve problems effectively.
Knowledge of managing and escalating technical incidents.
Willingness and ability to commute to Stoke-on-Trent office if required.
Genuine interest in customer service and learning web application support.
