Responsibilities:

● Work closely with the team of scientists to develop and optimise analytical assays utilising mass spectrometry techniques.

● Participate in experimental design, sample preparation, data acquisition, and data analysis.

● Contribute to the development of novel workflows and protocols for sample processing and analysis.

● Perform troubleshooting and method optimisation to enhance the sensitivity, accuracy, and reproducibility of the assays.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data generated from different analytical platforms.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in proteomics and analytical chemistry to drive innovation within the company.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.

● Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and understanding of mass spectrometry basics.

● Knowledge of proteomics and familiarity with protein sample preparation techniques is a plus.

● Hands-on experience with chromatography, mass spectrometers, and other analytical instruments is a plus.

● Proficiency in basic statistical analysis.

● Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

● Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
