Junior Maintenance Plumber

Exciting opportunity to work at a large commercial estate situated in Cambridge. CBW are currently recruiting for a junior plumber to cover a commercial estate. Reporting to M&E Estates Manager on site, the successful candidate will be mechanically biased to a minimum level 2, with the employer carrying you through to being fully qualified to Level 3. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is an ongoing permanent role and offers a yearly salary of £29,605 based on qualifications and experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
 

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks
• Unblocking Toilets
• Water Treatment
• Repairing pipework and leaks
• Minor installation works
• Flexible in helping other trades on site
• Planned and reactive works

Requirements
 

• Plumbing / Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Good communication skills
