Junior Operations Manager

I am working with a start-up that are looking for a multi-site leader to oversee the current estate of two locations, with a further 4 earmarked this year the brand has some exciting openings in the pipeline. The concept is a food retail business that are offering a grab & go product. The business is dynamic and fun, and we are looking for energetic people to help them grow.

What are we looking for as JOB TITLE?

We are looking for a seasoned manager who has had experience at a multi-site level; we are open to looking at first time area managers however, you must have operated sales at over £50k a week in a high-volume food or coffee lead business. Your people skills must be impeccable as we are looking for someone to lead and develop the culture of the business, you must also boast a can-do attitude as this business does not have systems and process in place and you will need to be able to think on your feet.

Responsibilities of JOB TITLE –

• Oversee the day-to-day operations
• Lead and train all new managers
• Work with the retail director in recruiting teams for the stores
• Follow and maintain all health & safety regulations
• Work on strategies to grow sales and push new business
• Work on training and standards bible
• Cost control and managing labour in line with P&L
