As a Junior Production Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of dialogue production, supporting games ranging from indie passion projects through to the biggest AAA releases. You will work with studios from all over the world, producing dialogue in 30+ languages.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

 

• Prepare initial dialogue production cost estimates for clients based on the client’s early brief.

 

• Casting voiceover actors, including providing lists, scheduling, and holding auditions. 

 

• Prepare more detailed cost estimates as the client’s brief expands, casting is underway, and early script information becomes available.

 

• Take the first pass of vendor contracts and talent agreements where necessary, to pick up obvious errors or points for negotiation.

 

• Prepare a project schedule of actors and their characters to record.

 

• Negotiate fees with talent agents.

 

• Build Purchase Orders for talent, directors and other service providers.

 

• Prepare Non-disclosure agreements and contracts, Travel Packs for rehearsals, crowd sessions, and Performance Capture sessions.

 

• Schedule and book actors.

 

• Prepare recording scripts for actors, directors and studio engineers, along with any other essential assets required for the smooth running of the recording sessions.

 

• Brief recording studio teams about the production.

 

• Meet & greet clients & talent during auditions and at start of sessions.

 

• Responsible for getting legal paperwork signed and filed properly.

 

• Track the progress of the recording sessions throughout, updating schedules and actor, director, and studio bookings.
