Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Junior project Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in positioning Sales Business School as a trusted authority in sales education while aligning marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support program enrollment and brand growth
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, website, paid ads, and content marketing)
• Oversee brand messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with sales, academic, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Manage content creation, including promotional materials, articles, landing pages, and social media posts
• Track and report on marketing KPIs, ROI, and lead conversion performance
• Manage external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and platform policies
