As a Junior Property Consultant, you will gain a 360-degree view of the property industry, working across key areas of property management and lettings. The role involves managing high-quality portfolios, supporting tenancy renewals, overseeing maintenance, conducting inspections, handling tenant and landlord queries, and driving the lettings process. You will begin with a comprehensive training week in London, after which you will work remotely from Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support to landlords, tenants, and investors.

• Manage property portfolios and assist in the lettings process.

• Oversee maintenance requests and property inspections.

• Handle tenant queries with professionalism and efficiency.

• Support tenancy renewals and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.

• Negotiate and secure agreements that balance the interests of all stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A genuine passion for the property sector and customer service.

• Previous experience in sales, lettings, or a client-facing role.

• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

• Willingness to learn property legislation and compliance requirements.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

• Flexibility to attend the training week in London.
