As a Junior Property Consultant, you will gain a 360-degree view of the property industry, working across key areas of property management and lettings. The role involves managing high-quality portfolios, supporting tenancy renewals, overseeing maintenance, conducting inspections, handling tenant and landlord queries, and driving the lettings process. You will begin with a comprehensive training week in London, after which you will work remotely from Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert support to landlords, tenants, and investors.
Manage property portfolios and assist in the lettings process.
Oversee maintenance requests and property inspections.
Handle tenant queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Support tenancy renewals and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.
Negotiate and secure agreements that balance the interests of all stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service.
Required Skills and Experience:
A genuine passion for the property sector and customer service.
Previous experience in sales, lettings, or a client-facing role.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Willingness to learn property legislation and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Flexibility to attend the training week in London.
