Description:

Holiday Extras is seeking a highly creative Content Creator to join the Brand, Marketing & Growth team. You will ideate, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver standout content across multiple platforms—TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, internal channels, and partner campaigns. As an internal creative freelancer, you’ll bring stories to life that inspire travelers, elevate the brand, and showcase real people and moments across the business.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for a creator who is fearless, experimental, and passionate about shaping how travel content is told in 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create scroll-stopping content that resonates across social platforms

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos and visual assets independently

• Bring creative ideas to life with confidence both behind and in front of the camera

• Use AI tools to enhance workflow and content production

• Capture authentic stories, people, and moments around the organization

• Produce high-performing content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and more

• Experiment with new ideas; test, iterate, and refine based on results

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content briefs and deliverables

• Ensure fast turnaround and agile content creation

• Stay up to date with social trends and digital storytelling

Qualifications:

• Strong creative energy, confidence, and willingness to experiment

• Ability to take initiative without requiring detailed briefs

• Understanding of social content performance and analytics

• Familiarity with social media management tools

• Skilled in video production fundamentals (camera, sound, editing)

• Experience using generative AI tools

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for storytelling, travel, and creating emotional impact through content

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

• Flexibility for full-time, part-time, or job-share arrangements
