Description:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to take responsibility for the Key Accounts within the plastic industry. Primary responsibilities include growing the base business by developing sales / profitability within the existing customer portfolio as well as prospecting for new business at Key Account level. You will help to deliver customer satisfaction across the full range of customer facing operations.
How you'll make an impact:
- Manage customer relationships to ensure Customers receive value.
- Develop opportunities within the portfolio for cross-selling and up-selling through regular Customer contact.
- Develop and maintain account plans for accounts within the portfolio.
- Contribute to the monthly sales reports.
- Act as the key point of liaison between Customers and departments.
- Research and reporting of market activities within the defined portfolio.
- Effectively and efficiently plan and organise activities to meet sales objectives.
