PIE Recruitment is seeking a Key Account Manager to join an innovative and rapidly expanding company specializing in vehicle solutions and services, with a growing focus on the electric vehicle (EV) sector. Following a strategic merger, the company is scaling its operations and aims to dominate the UK market for corporate EV fleet solutions.
In this fully remote role, the Key Account Manager will take ownership of managing and developing existing commercial customer accounts. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Telemarketing, and Sales teams, the role requires a consultative and strategic approach to increase client engagement, loyalty, and revenue. You will also have the autonomy to develop new relationships and grow your own client portfolio, gaining full control over account management and business development.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of the automotive fleet industry, an understanding of salary sacrifice schemes, and the ability to develop client relationships across corporate tiers. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing key accounts across the UK
Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted strategies and solutions for each client
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
Build strong, lasting relationships at various organizational levels
Maintain high client satisfaction through exceptional service and consultative support
Network within the region to identify and secure new client opportunities
Analyze account performance and present data-driven recommendations for growth
Candidate Requirements:
Solid understanding of the automotive fleet industry, preferably with salary sacrifice knowledge
Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
Confident negotiator with a strong commercial acumen
Highly analytical and numerate, with a strategic mindset
Self-driven, ambitious, and results-focused
Strong operational awareness and the ability to think long-term
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision
