Who are we?

Openforce is a young and growing online B2B tech platform for construction recruitment. Our mission is to redefine professional relationships between construction workers and companies. We’ve just launched our digital platform and are looking to onboard a bright, hardworking sales consultant who identifies with our values and share our passion. We’re looking for real keepers that can become core members of the team as we grow.

What you’ll be doing

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be primarily be working on:

• Contacting prospective customers
• Demoing the product and platform
• Closing sales deals and contracts for recruitment
• Grow revenue and find alternate revenue channels
• Customer feedback and coordinating it with the team to refine product/strategy
• Increasing community engagement and user sign-ups
• Conducting market research and competitor studies

Ideally, you are:

• An enthusiastic and self-driven professional with previous experience in construction recruitment
• Ready to gain experience in the B2B tech marketplace at an exciting new startup
• Motivated and adaptable, and ready to learn new skills

Sales experience is necessary for this role. We request that you submit a portfolio of accounts or campaigns you have worked on along with your application.

Please note

As we are new startup and pre revenue, this is a commission only role for first 3 months and expenses will be provided. Thereafter, subject to the success in bringing revenue, a full time paid position will be discussed.
