Description:

Chemistree is recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical company for a Key Account Sales Specialist role focusing on Interstitial Lung Disease. This position covers the South West and South Central regions of England and offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially astute sales professional.

The role demands a strong blend of strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement, and clinical understanding, making it ideal for professionals experienced in working within the NHS environment. You will work across integrated care systems, build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders, and support the uptake of innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans in alignment with brand and system priorities

  • Establish trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers across ICS

  • Leverage insights and data to identify uptake opportunities for new medicines

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide a unified and value-driven customer experience

  • Prepare the healthcare landscape for the launch of a new pharmaceutical product

  • Ensure compliance with ABPI Code of Practice and company SOPs

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical key account management

  • Deep understanding of the UK healthcare system and NHS operations

  • Experience working with specialised commissioning and high-cost drugs

  • Strategic thinker with excellent influencing and communication skills

  • Digitally savvy (comfortable using Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM systems)

  • Proven success in managing complex stakeholder environments

  • Must have a Full UK driving licence and hold ABPI certification
